One-East Market, Inc. is housed in one of Taylorville’s most beautiful historic buildings on the square. Lunch is served quickly and includes a wonderful selection of salads, sandwiches, soups, and quiche. I recommend the Chipotle Burger or Chicken Caesar Salad. Stop by in the evening for dinner and enjoy the amazing selections and the ambiance of this fine historic structure.
